Unfortunately we had some events coming up in Nov. that we had to cancel (PR writing workshop, W&P tour). As someone who knows the effort that goes into planning any event, this i a real bummer for our directors.
All the execs met to discuss whether or not the committees would still try to hold meetings during the strike. We decided that it didn't make sense to do so, so no meetings till school resumes. However, some of the committees are still planning on having agency tours during the strike - so make sure to keep checking your email!
As another way to keep everyone updated on our club and the comm. industry, the CSSA is planning on sending out its first newsletter within the next couple of weeks.
So thats the scoop for now, stay tuned for a post that I feel will be coming very shortly...;)
